Final Selection List of Sahayikas (Anganwadi Helpers) Darhal
Final Select List of Sahayikas (Anganwadi Helpers) pursuant to Advertisement Notice No.01 of 2023,Dated:-13-05-2023.
NOTIFICATION
Whereas, vide advertisement notification No.01 of 2023,Dated:-15-05-2023 ,14(fourteen) number of posts of Sahayikas(Anganwadi Worker) were advertised for filling up of the vacant posts in Poshan Project Darhal n pursuance of HR Policy as notified
Vide Govt. order No:- 103-JK(SWD) of 2023,dated:-28-04-2023read with Govt. Order No 222- JK(SWD of 2022, dated:-30-11-2022 ; and
Whereas,55 number of applications were received for the Vacant posts of Sahayikas (Anganwadi Worker), for various anganwadi centers in different panchayats of Poshan Project Kalakote, as on last date of receipt of application i.e.02-06-2023;and
Whereas, the tentative merit and select List of Sahayikas (Anganwadi Helpers) which was issued vide this office notice No:-CDPO /Darhal/2023-24/166-74,dated:-03/07/2023 was withdrawn vide this office Notification No:- CDPO/Darhal/2023-24/209,dated:-17/07/2023 in view of in view of instructions issued by Mission Director ,Mission Poshan J&K Jammu vide Letter No:- SMD/ICDS/Recruitment/2023-24/21349-72,dated:-14-07-2023;and
Whereas, revised tentative merit list along with select list was placed in public domain for seeking objection within a period of 10 days, vide notice No:-CDPO/Darhal /2023-24/215-19 ,Dated:-20-07-2023.and
Whereas, after lapse of 10 days of objection period as on 30-07-2023 ,only objection was received and the same were examined and placed before the Selection Committee for final decision , the selection Committee after reviewing the same , disposed off the objections as per merit/guidelines
Whereas, the Selection Committee recommended the final select list of 12 candidates except two posts of AWCs(Ujhaan-C W.No 01 & Thannamang-C W.No 05) due non availability of eligible candidate as detailed in Annexure”A” and 55 candidates in Merit List as detailed in Annexure”B” in terms of eligibility conditions as notified in HRM policy and instructions issued by Mission Director ,Mission Poshan J&K Jammu vide Letter No:- SMD/ICDS/Recruitment/2023-24/21349-72,dated:-14-07-2023.
Now ,therefore ,the final Selection List of 12 candidates, as Annexure”A” along with merit List as Annexure”B” is hereby notified , in term of HRM Policy in pursuance of Govt. Order No:-103-JK(SWD) of 2023,dated:-28-04-2023 read with Govt. Order No 222- JK(SWD of 2022 and instructions issued by Mission Director ,Mission Poshan J&K Jammu vide Letter No:- SMD / ICDS /Recruitment/2023-24/21349-72,dated:-14-07-2023 for information of the concerned candidates.
Further ,in terms of Clause-XI of HRM policy/ aforementioned Govt. Order, ,where a candidate feel aggrieved with the selection ,may file an appeal before the Deputy Commissioner Rajouri within a period of 10 days from the date of issuance of this notification.
