GMC Kathua Final Result for Various Posts
Whereas vide Advertisement Notice No: 140 of GMCK of 2021 dated 13/10/2021 under Addiction Treatment Facility (ATF) (National Drug Dependence Treatment Centre) (NDDTO), the advertisement for the posts of “Nurse”, “Data Manager” and “Counsellor” was notified for GMC Kathua and applications were invited from the interested and eligible candidates.
Whereas vide notification No. GMCK/Estt/2020-21/5273-84 Dated. 12-11-2021, the candidates who were eligible for the said posts were invited for written examination.
Whereas vide notification No. GMCK/Estt/2020-21/2664 Dated. 06-12-2021, the candidates those were shortlisted on the basis of basic merit calculation and written exam were called for interview in the ratio 1:5.
Whereas, the merit calculation committee and interview committee forwarded the final selection list along with waiting list of the candidates who appeared in the interview for above mentioned posts Therefore, the final selection list along with waiting list of the candidates is mentioned as Annexure ‘A’, ‘B and C.
However, following points must be taken into consideration The Selected candidates shall join the office within a period of ten (10) working days from the date of publication of the list, failing which the candidates next in merit shall be allowed to join.
The appointment of the candidates shall be subject to the following conditions:
The selectee shall report in the office of Principal Govt. Medical College Kathua within period of ten (10) working days along with all the original certificates, two photocopies of all educational qualifications Degree & Diploma (including Jak Paramedical Council Registration) duly authenticated by concerned authority and other concerned certificates as required by DDO for releasing of salary.
The salary of the appointees shall not be drawn and disbursed by the concerned DDO to them unless the satisfactory report in respect of above mentioned documents is received in their favour and also as per the latest service rules (if applicable)
The selection of the selected candidate shall further be subject to outcome of writ petition(s), if any, pending on the subject in any court off competent jurisdiction.
Objection, if any, may be conveyed to the office of the undersigned within 10 days from issuance of this order.
