In pursuance to the advertisement Notice No: – 01 of 2021 dated: – 26-03-2021, for which written test was held on 04th May 2021 vide Notice No :- CMO/Rsi/115-21, Dated:- 28.04.2021 & interviews was held on 17th May 2021 vide Notice No: – CMO/Rsi/677-685, Dated: – 10 -05-2021at CMO Office, Reasi, following candidates are provisionally selected against the available vacancies in Various healthcare
institutions in District Reasi:

Selection lists are enclosed as Annexure “A”, “B”, “C” &”D” for the post of Jr. Staff Nurse, Counsellor, Clinical Psychologist & Anaesthesia technician respectively.
The candidate(s) will submit his/her joining in the office of undersigned within 07 days from the date of publication/uploading of this selection list.
Candidate(s) to bring all their original documents at the time of joining.
Candidates(s) to submit an undertaking & sign an affidavit with District Health Society, Reasi at the time of joining.
If any candidates(s) fails to submit his/her requisite documents/joining within the stipulated period, his/her candidature shall deemed to be forfeited & candidate from waiting list shall be selected.
