Selection list of candidates for the post of Multi Purpose Worker (MPW), under Hon’ble Prime Minister’s Special Package for Kashmiri Migrants
ORDER No. 300 DRDK of 2020 DATED: 20-05-2020
Pursuant to above referred to communication from Service Selection Board J&K, Jammu and endorsed by the Administrative Department vide letter No. & date shown against each, sanction is hereby accorded to the temporary appointment of the following candidates against the post of MPW’s in the pay scale of Rs.5200-20200 (Grade Pay Rs. 1900) Pre-revised (revised Level 2) and are placed at the disposal of Project Officer Wage Employment (ACD) Pulwama for their further posting in Blocks shown against each
However, their appointment shall be subject to the following conditions:
The appointment orders of such appointees shall be deemed to be cancelled, in case, at any stage, it emerges that the certificates/documents produced by the concerned are fake or
Each appointee shall give an undertaking in the shape of an affidavit to the effect that in case adverse report about his character/antecedents is received from Additional Director General of Police, CID J&K to whom a reference shall be made by the department, the appointment of the candidate shall be deemed to have cancelled ab-initio.
Verification of all the certificates like Date of Birth, qualification, migration/non-Migration, from the concerned issuing authorities and verification of Permanent Residence Certificate from concerned Deputy Commissioner through Relief and Rehabilitation Commissioner (M)
The salary of the appointee shall not be drawn and disbursed to them unless satisfactory report in respect of condition (b) and (c) above is received.
The appointee shall have to execute an agreement with the Government in terms of Jammu and Kashmir Kashmiri Migrants or Kashmiri Pandits (Special Drive) Recruitment Rules, 2009 notified vide SRO 412 Dated: 30/12/2009 read with SRO-425 Dated: 10/10/2017.
The appointment shall also be subject to the writ petition(s), if any, pending before any court of law.
If any candidates fails to join within a period 21 (Twenty-One) days of the issuance of this order he/she shall forego right to his/her appointment which shall be deemed to have been cancelled ab-initio without any further notice as per circular No. 08-JK(GAD) of 2019 dated: 04-12-2019. Also in case the appointee migrates from Kashmir Valley at any time during his/her service tenure, for any reason whatsoever, his/her appointment/service shall stand terminated without any notice by itself by the action of his/her migration.
The appointee shall be on probation initially for a period of two years
