Selection Lists for Various Posts in Directorate of Hospitality & Protocol, J&K
Select List (Annexure B) of various posts advertised by this Directorate vide Notification no. DHP/ Estt/534-V/1329-35 dated 03-10-2014 , subsequently shortlisted vide no. DHP/Estt/534-V/994-99 dated 08-03-2018 and interviews conducted on 9th & 10th November 2018 at Srinagar ( for the posts under State Cadre & Division Cadre Kashmir) & on 19th November 2018 at Jammu (for the posts under Division Cadre Jammu)
One (01) Post of Safaiwallah(RBA) under Division Cadre Kashmir remained unfilled as none of the shortlisted candidates appeared for the interview.
The candidate(s) whose recommendations has been kept withheld for the reasons indicated against their names shall submit the requisite documents within one month from the date of issuance of this merit/selection list, otherwise their candidature shall be cancelled without further notice.
The recommendations of the aforesaid candidates is subject to the genuineness of all the academic/technical documents, valid
category certificates (in case of candidates selected under posts reserved for such categories) viz a viz recognition of the institutes. iv. The selection list shall be subject to the outcome of any writ petition(s) pending before any court of Law of competent jurisdiction. iv.
