Whereas, a waiting list of 190 candidates in order of merit seeking verification of the documents w.e.f. 11.03.2019to 13.03.2019was issued by this office vide notice dated:08.03.2019; and

Whereas, the date of verification of the documents of the said candidates was extended further by 05 days i.e. upto 18.03.2019; and

Whereas, out of 190, 124 candidates, (38candidatesin Jammu and 86 in Srinagar)have submitted their documents with the designated nodal Officers at Jammu/Srinagar respectively; and

Whereas, 66 candidates annexed as Annexure-Adid not choose to report in the Commission Office for verification of their documents; and

J&K Bank shall remain Open on 23rd & 24th March

Whereas, the Commission has decided to provide last opportunity to these (66)candidates for verification of documents.Besides, the Commission also approved to verify the documents of next 66 candidates in order of merit detailed as Annexure-Bto this notice, however, their final selection/recommendation shall be subject to availability of the posts.

Therefore, in view of the above and in continuation ofthis office Notice dated:08.03.2019, the last and final opportunity for verification of thedocumentsupto 25.03.2019is hereby given to the candidates shown in Annexure-A to this notice, failing which their candidature shall be deemed to have been cancelled without any further notice. Further, the (66) candidates detailed as Annexure-B to this notice are also informed that they shall report to the Nodal Officers, headquartered at of the J&K

Public Service Commission Jammu & Camp office Srinagar, for purposes of verification of the documents, w.e.f21.03.2019to29.03.2019.However, theirs election/recommendation shall be subject to the availability of the posts and the verification of their documents. Besides, mere verification of documents shall not conferany right to the candidates for being recommended by the Commission for appointment unless the Commensurate number of candidates 66 (Annexure-A) opt out for verification, resulting in cancellation of their candidatures.The candidates listed in Annexure-A & B are advised to bring the original documents before the designated Nodal Officers; more specifically those relating date of birth, educational qualifications, internship, registration by State Medical Council or equivalent, category and disability, if any, etc, along with their Xerox (Complete set).
