Notification for Interview for hiring of Manpower for “End to End Computerization of TPDS” operation purely on need basis

OFFICE OF THE ASSISTANT DIRECTOR FOOD, CIVIL SUPPLIES & CONSUMER AFFAIRS DEPTT. SRINAGAR NOTIFICATION

Whereas, in pursuance of communication No. DFCS&CAK/N/17/1612-26 dated 09-06-2018, this office invited applications for hiring of Manpower for “End to End Computerization of TPDS” operation purely on need basis for a period of (3) Three months only.

Whereas, the recruitment committee has decided the pattern for short listing of the candidates shall be in the ratio of 1:5 in order to provide the opportunity to the maximum candidates as per the following weight age to their respective academic qualification

1. 10+2 =   60 Points.
2. (1) Year Diploma/Degree in Computer Applications =  20 Points.
3. Viva Voice =   20 Points.

Whereas, this office prepared a merit list and accordingly the same was published in the leading News papers of Kashmir Valley for objections if any from 29-12-2018 to 05-01-2019 vide Notification No. FCS&CA/ADN/18/2966-68 dated 26-12-2018.

Whereas, this office have not received any objection in the shape of application as well as in person during the time.

So in view of the above, the list of Candidates is hereby framed for interview which shall be held on the dates shown against each to the Annexure-“A” of this notification.

Whereas, if any candidate is found guilty, impersonating of submitting fabricated documents or making false or incorrect information rendered by him/her is liable for criminal prosecution under the Law. Also canvassing or lobbying in any form will entail in disqualification of the candidate.

In case any candidate failed to appear in the Interview on the dates shown against each he/she shall not be entertained/excepted later on. The candidates shall bring the self attested photocopies of the testimonials for depositing the same with the committee at the time of interview in addition to the original documents.

Note:-The Venue of the interview is office of the Assistant Director Srinagar North Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs Department Munawar Abad C/o Hotel Lotus Srinagar form 11.00 AM to 4 PM.
