JKBOSE Important Notification Regarding result of the Higher Secondary part -II Examination (Class 12th) Bi-Annual, of Kashmir Division

Consequent upon the declaration of result of the Higher Secondary part -II Examination (Class 12th) Bi-Annual, of Kashmir Division on 07th September 2017, It is notified for the information of candidates hailing from hilly areas falling under jurisdiction of Keran, Tangdar, Machil and Gurez to submit their Permission-cum­ Admission Forms through the affiliated academic institutions of concerned Tehsils for the Higher Secondary part -II Examination (Class 12th) Private to be held with Regular Candidates in the Annual Session 2017 as per following Scheduler

Schedule for Deposition and description of fee: –

1. Last Date with normal prescribed fee of Rs.860/- per candidate : (25-09-20171
2. Last date with Fee @ 1030/- per candidate opting six subject (5+1) : 125-09-20171
3. Cost of Permission cum Admission Form @ Rs.15/- Per candidates.

The concerned institutions shall avail two days preparation time to submit fee/forms in the concerned respective Sub/Branch-offices of Kupwara, Tangdar and Gurez latest by 27 Sep 2017 with normal prescribed fee.

ELIGIBILITY

Re-appear/Failure Candidates of Higher Secondary part -II Examination (Class 12th) Session Bi-Annual 2017 and Re-Reappear/failure candidates of all previous sessions of respective areas.

Fresh (Private) candidates of respective areas who are otherwise eligible under governing Regulation.

Instructions and Guidelines for the Processing and Submission of the Permission cum Admission Forms/ fee and related Statement of Enrollments

The candidate shall fill in the particulars and affix two latest photographs on their respective Permission -cum-Admission Forms & submit the same in the concerned institutions.

The Heads of the institutions are instructed to submit the permission-cum ­Admission forms and Statement of Enrollments completed in all respects dully filled in on the prescribed formats of all the eligible candidates along with forwarding latter in the respective sub-office. The letters must indicate the number of candidate’s subject wise and description of fee deposited in the designated Branch of the Jammu & Kashmir Bank. Further the Heads of the Institutions shall necessarily record Cell numbers of the candidates on their Admission Forms and enrollments as well.

To fill the Particulars of only five candidates on each side of the enrolment page:

To affix the latest digital colored photograph of each candidate against his/her particulars on the enrolment form duly signed and stamped as well as sent-up list which remains with the Institutions for record and reference.

To cover the photographs with quality transparent adhesive tape on enrollment form to avoid any chance of misuse and impersonation.

Note : In case the last date for submission of fee/ forms is declared as holiday, the next working day shall be treated as last date.
