Whereas, the Government has constituted a committee under the Chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner Reasi for filling up of the vacant post in Katra Development Authority vide Government order no. 175-HUD of 2016 dated.25-07-2016 issued by the Commissioner/Secretary to Government Housing & Urban Development Department and:
Whereas, the advertisement for filling up of the vacant post of Gangman was issued by the Deputy Commissioner Reasi vide advertisement notice no. 01 of 2017 dated. 22-072017( item no. 04) and:
Whereas, in response to the above advertisement notice. 151 application were received for the post of Gangman and:
Whereas, these 151 applications were scrutinized and each candidate was given weight age as per the criteria mentioned in the advertisement notice and twenty candidates were short listed for interview and were called for interview and verification of original documents on 06-11-2017 vide notification no. 02 of 2017 dated. 24-10-2017.
Whereas. nineteen candidates appeared for interview on 06-11-2017. out of which three candidates were found to be not permanent resident of District Reasi as per the original PRC produced by them.
Now, therefore on the basis of weight-age accorded to each candidate on the basis of marks secured in class 10th & 12th and the marks obtained in interview the final merit list indicating the total marks/weight age obtained by each candidate along with deficiencies, if any, is enclosed to this notification. Any candidate having any objections in this regard may file his claim/objections in writing to the office of CEO. Katra Development Authority within 07 days from the date of publication of this notification.
Consequent upon the above, the final select list of the four candidates for the post of Gangman is enclosed as “Annexure B” to this notification. Further the waiting list of two candidates is enclosed as
