Shortlisting of Candidates for Various Posts in Revenue Department, J&K
In terms SRO-404 dated 15-09-2018 the selection process to Class-IV Posts on the basis of written examination has been exempted where selection process for the said class of posts has already been initiated by the empowered committee and the said selection process shall continue to be governed by the rules/orders in force on the date of issuance of above said SRO. Since the process for selection to the posts of Orderly/Process Server/Chowkidar-cum-Sweeper in Revenue Department (District Cadre Ganderbal) has been initiated in the year 2016 (advertised vide this office
Advertisement Notice No:-01-DCG/Estt of 2016 Dated:-17.08.2016) and under the standing rules at that time selection had to be made as per the following break up
Accordingly short list of the prospective candidates for the above referred posts has been derived on the basis of academic merit and restricted to a maximum of five times the number of posts in each category.
The said short list is annexed to this notice as Annexure A, B & C and is put to Public domain in general and in particular for the prospective candidates for their information and objections, if any.
The objections shall reach this office within a period of 07 days from the date of publication of the short listed panel of prospective candidates.
For the purpose of deriving the final selection list the short listed candidates have to face interview the dates of which will be notified separately
