| Gender Specialist | Graduate in Social Work/other social disciplines. Post graduates will be preferred. |
| Specialist in financial literacy | Graduate in Economics / Banking/ other similar disciplines. |
| Accounts Assistant | Graduate/diploma in accounts/other discipline having accounts as a subject. |
| Data Entry Operator | Graduation with working knowledge in computers/ IT etc. |
| Multi Tasking Staff | 10th from any recognized board. |
