J&K BOPEE Entrance Examination Notification Regarding Admission to B.Pharma Course 2022

Provisional Selection List of eligible candidates for Admission to B.Pharma Course 2022 in Government/Private Colleges/Institutions of J&K.

Reference : Notification No.094-BOPEE of 2022

Pursuant to Notification No. 094-BOPEE of 2022 dated 28-11-2022. the physical round of counseling of eligible candidates for admission to B Pharma Course-2022 at various Government/Private colleges/Institutions was held on 01-12-2022 simultaneously at BOPEE office Srinagar/Jammu. The list of candidates who participated in the said counseling and have been provisionally selected / allotted scat(s) as per their merit-cum-preferences for the said course is hereby notified as per the Annexure “A^ to this Notification which shall remain available on website of the Board (www.ikbonee.nov.in) only. The candidates are advised to report in their respective allotted Colleges/Institutions w.e.f. 03-12-2022 to 10-12-2022 (till 03:00 P.M.) along with following documents

I. Marks card of qualifying examinations.

2. Date of birth (10th class marks card/Diploma issued by the Board).

3. Domicile certificate of UT of J&K and for candidates of UT of Ladakh, ST certificate issued by the Competent Authority of Ladakh shall be treated as Domicile Certificate.

4. Valid Reserved Category Certificate, if any, and

5. Any other certificate/document required by the authorities of the Institution concerned

It shall be the sole responsibility of the Institution concerned to ensure proper check and verification of documents / eligibility strictly as per Pharmacy Council of India guidelines before any candidate is allowed for admission.

The admission of the candidates is purely provisional and shall be cancelled in case any information furnished by any candidate proves to be false / fabricated, and action as warranted under law shall be initiated against such candidates.

Note :

The candidates who have been allotted seats during the first round of counselling in accordance with their merit / preferences shall have to join the allotted Colleges / Institutions upto 10-12-2022 and in case any candidate fails to join against his /her allotted seat(s) in respective College(s) he / she shall not be eligible to participate in second round of up-gradation/allotment counselling under any circumstances.

The seats under TFW Category shall be tilled during second round of counselling, as & when held by the Board subject to the condition that 30% of candidates shall be admitted in respective College / Institution as per PCI guidelines.

The Colleges/ Institutions shall submit the shortfall, if any, to BOPEE Office, Jammu/Srinagar upto 05:00 P.M. on 10-12-2022 through
