JKBOSE Notification Regarding D.El.Ed course
In light of this office Notification No:- F(D.El.Ed Exam)B/JD/22 dated 22-08-2022 and subsequent reminder dated 16-11-2022, the Promoters of the affiliated D.EI.Ed Colleges who are running two year D.El.Ed course Special Session 2021-23 were directed to start the offline classes of all candidates w.e.f 10-08-
2022 but no regular classwork of all candidates have been started till date for the reasons best known to them. Through video calls, it has been found that not
more than 20-25 % candidates are attending the regular classes through offline mode which is not acceptable as per BOSE norms.
It may be noted that regular classwork period lapsed w.e.f August to January by the Promoter/s of Colleges shall not be treated as attendance in respect of all candidates under any circumstances. Only those candidates who have actually attended the regular Classes as per records gathered through video calls shall be finally considered eligible for the said examination.
It is, as such, once again impressed upon all the Promoters of Non- Govt Affiliated D.EI.Ed Colleges to start classwork through offline mode with immediate
effect under an Intimation to this office failing which the erring College/s shall be recommended for de-affiliation.
The Board shall not incur any responsiblity in this behalf and the consequences as may flow shall be the sole responsiblity of the concerned College,
