Jammu: One killed, another injured in car accident

A youth died while another was critically injured when a car, they were travelling in, rolled down in a deep gorge near Bhambla in Pouni.

The Swift car, bearing registration number JK02DC-5078, rolled down into the gorge at Godar Morh area of Bhambla resulting into on the spot death of one person and serious injuries to the other one.

The deceased was identified as Sahil Singh, age 25 years, son of Ghar Singh, resident of Moughal, tehsil Khour district Jammu. The injured, identified as Rohit Singh, age 24 years, son of Balak Singh, resident of Khour Jammu, was shifted to PHC Laiter (Bhambla) for the first aid and later referred to GMC Hospital Jammu.
