Merit list of Sanginis (Anganwari Workers)

Advertisement Notice No.01 of 2023,Dated:-15-05-2023- Calling of objections thereof.

NOTICE
Whereas, vide advertisement notification No.01 of 2023,Dated:-13-05-2023 ,21(twenty one) number of posts of Sanginis(Anganwadi Worker) were advertised for filing up of the vacant posts in Poshan Project Nowshera in pursuance of HR Policy as notified Vide Govt, order No:- 103-JK(SWD) of 2023,dated:-28-04-2023 read with Govt. Order No 222- )K(SWD of 2022, dated:-30-ll-2022 ; and

Whereas,112 number of applications were received for the Vacant posts of Sanginis of Anganwadi Worker), for various anganwadi centers in different panchayats of Poshan Project Nowshera, as on last date of receipt of application i.e.02-06-2023;and

Whereas, after scrutiny of applications as per eligibility conditions as contained in the aforementioned advertisement notification, in accordance with HR policy referred above, the tentative merit list along with select list of 16 vacancies have already been issued vide this office No:-CDPO/Nowshera/2023/352-55,dated:-15-06- 2023,except 05 vacancies’ which were kept on hold due to some clarification in ward residential status; and

Whereas, for the above mentioned 05 anganwardi centre (on hold) 33 numbers of application were received against advertisement notification No.01 of 2023,Dated:-13-05-2023.The concerned applicants were informed vide this office Notification No:-CDPO/Nowshera/2023/357,dated:-16-06-2023 to submit the residential proof in support of their claim, by or before 20-05-2023;and

Whereas, as only 05 candidates responded by submitting the supporting documents ,however no response was received from 20 numbers of applicants and accordingly the tentative merit and select list containing 32 names in merit List and 05 names in select list as per merit list and other eligibility conditions of is hereby issued as Annexure”A”&”B”.

Now, therefore, objections if any with regard to merit/ residential status/Qualification/Marks/Date of Birth etc are hereby called in writing from general public/ applicants of the concerned ward/ Panchayat against the tentative merit list/select List (Annexure “A” & “B”) within ten days, from the date of issuance of this notice, failing which no claim shall be entertained and the list shall be treated as final
