JKBOPEE Important Notification Regarding Paramedical Diploma Courses-2023

Conduct of 2nd/Mop-Up Round of Counselling (Physical) for Upgradation/Allotment of seats for admission to 10th Based Paramedical Diploma (MMPHW/FMPHW) Courses-2023 in Government/Private Colleges/Institutions of UT of J&K/Ladakh.

Pursuant to Notification No. 134-BOPEE of 2023 dated 07.12.2023, the Board has received short fall from Government/Private Colleges/Institutions running 10’h Based Paramedical Diploma (MMPHW/FMPHW) Courses-2023 in Government/Private Colleges/Institutions in the UT of J&K/Ladakh. To fill up the seats received as short-fall and the seats which have remained unfilled after conclusion of 1″ Round of counselling, it is hereby notified that the Board shall conduct the 2114/Mop-up Round of Physical Counselling for allotment/up-gradation of seats to the eligible candidates for admission to these Courses as per the following schedule:

After conclusion of the Counselling for the Reserved Categories on 29.12.2023, the unfilled Reserved Category Seats, if any, shall be converted into Open Merit as per Section-9 of J&K Reservation Act, 2004 and filled up accordingly from amongst the Open Merit Candidates. However, the candidates who may not get any seat under their Reserved Category, can participate in the Counselling process as an Open Merit Candidate on his/her date of Counselling subject to the condition that he/she is eligible under the Open Merit category.

Note:-

The following procedure shall be adopted during the conduct of rd/Mop-up round of Counselling: –

1. All the interested and eligible candidates are advised to report at the BOPEE Office Srinagar/Jammu on their respective day/date of counselling from 9.00 a.m. to 10.30 a.m. for registration and fulfilment of other formalities.

2. The candidates who have been allotted seats during 1st Round of Counselling but have failed to join in the allotted College shall also be eligible for rd /Mop-up Round of Counselling.

3. All the participating candidates are advised to bring along the following documents in original for check and verification at the time of Counselling :-

a. Domicile Certificate.

b. 10th Class Marks Card.

c. D.0.B Certificate issued by the Board.

d. Category Certificate, wherever applicable.

e. PwD Certificate, wherever applicable.

4. Those candidates who have remained absent or got CNA or SNA during Round of Counselling shall also be eligible to participate in this 2nd/Mop-up Round of Counselling.

5. It is enjoined upon all the eligible candidates that they shall visit/attend Counselling only after checking the Seat Matrix to be made available on the official website viz. www.ikbopee.gov.in of the Board before the day of counselling.
