JKBOPEE Provisional Merit List of M.sc Technology Course

Provisional Merit List/Result for admission to M.Sc. Technology Courses-2023 after conduct of the Common Entrance Test by the J&K BOPEE: Objections, if any, thereof.

Reference :-

i. Notification No. 037-BOPEE of 2023, dated 12.07.2023.

ii. Notification No. 133-BOPEE of 2023, dated 06.12.2023.

Whereas, the Board has received four representations within the stipulated time period from the competing candidates against the Answer Keys of few questions in Papers entitled Medical Lab Technology 84 Radiodiagonosis uploaded on the official website of the Board as per the guidelines issued vide Notification 133-BOPEE of 2023 dated 06.12.2023 which were forwarded to the concerned subject experts by the Board for their expert opinion. Whereas, the Board after receiving the expert opinion has also examined the case in its totality and as per the provisions of J&K BOPEE Regulation-2016 has accordingly prepared the Provisional Merit List/Result as per the revised Answer Keys.

Whereas, in addition one more representation has been received from Ms. Ifshana Hassan bearing Roll No.23500 regarding inclusion of few questions in the questions booklet of Aesthesia Critical Care tic, OTT streams which were out of syllabus. The said representation was also forwarded to the subject expert for his expert opinion.

Whereas, after receiving the expert opinion in the matter, the Board has examined the case and on the opinion received from subject experts a revised Answer key of Anaesthesia Critical Care & OTT has also been prepared which is Annexed as Annexure-“A” to this Notification and the Board has thus decided to grant benefit of out of syllabus questions to all such candidates who have attempted/not attempted the said questions mentioned in their respective question Booklet series in the paper “Anaesthesia Critical Care & OTT” and evaluation of such questions shall be made accordingly and the marks shall be proportionally granted to the concerned candidates accordingly out of 100 marks.

Now, therefore, in view of the above, the Provisional Merit List/Result of all the candidates who had appeared in the Common Entrance Test for admission to the M.Sc. Technology Courses-2023 in SKIMS, Soura Srinagar conducted by J&K BOPEE on 16.12.2023 in pursuance to the above referred notifications is hereby notified as per Annexure-B to this Notification for information of the concerned candidates, which shall remain available on official website of the Board vizwwwjkbopee.gov.in only. It is further notified that the Subject Wise Provisional Merit List/Result has been prepared on the basis of marks obtained by the candidates in the CET as per the revised Answer keys of few subjects annexed as Annexure-A to this Notification. In case two or more candidates have obtained the same score in the Common Entrance Test, the inter- se-merit/Tie in respect of such candidates is resolved by considering their DOB followed by first Alphabet of the name of the candidate(s).

The representation(s) in this regard shall be received by the Board upto three working days till 2.00 p.m from the date of uploading of this notification on website of the Board viz. www.ikbotsee.stov.in after declaration of the result.

No representation(s) shall be entertained by the Board after the expiry of the prescribed date/time.

The counselling schedule for admission to M.Sc Technology Courses-2023 shall be notified separately as and when decided by the Board. The candidates are advised to visit the official website of the Board (www.jkbopee.gov.in) for daily updates in this regard.

The other terms and conditions shall remain the same as notified by the Board from time to time in this regard. The Annexures-A 8s B shall remain available on official website of the Board viz. www.jkbopee.gov.in only.
