Re-advertisement regarding recruitment of SAHAYIKA (Anganwadi Helper) In Anganwadi Centres of POSHAN Project Kot Bhalwal under Advertisement Notice No. 04. Date- 13/11/2023

Whereas vide this office Advertisement notice No. 04 CDPO-KB of 2023 Dated:-13/11/21323 applications were invited from eligible candidates for engagement as SAHAYIKA (Anganwadi Helper) against available vacancies in Anganwadi Centres of Poshan (ICDS) Project Kot Bhalwal, on honorarium basis. Whereas due to non-receiving of application forms against some available vacant posts, some of the posts remained unfilled. As such, the application forms on prescribed format are invited from the eligible female candidates for the post of SAHAYIKA (Anganwadi Helper) against following available vacant posts in Anganwadi Centres of Poshan (ICDS) Project Kot-Bhalwal on honorarium basis.

CRIETRIA FOR SELFCTION OF SAHAYIKA (ANGANWADI)
1. Women candidates In the age group of 18-37 years as on 01-01-2023 shall be considered for the post.
2. The candidate should be a domicile of the UT of J&K.
3. The selection of Sahayika shall be restricted to the electoral ward where Anganwadi Centre is located.
4. Minimum qualification for Sahayika shall be Matriculation.
5. In case no matriculate candidate is available in the ward, candidates with qualification not less than 8th standard shall be considered.
6. The Committee shall select the most destitute/needy married women of the ward as helper from amongst those who fulfill the qualification criteria. In case no married candidate Is available, unmarried candidate may be considered.
HOW TO APPLY.
The application form complete in all respects as per the Performa given in Annexure “A” of this notice along with all the requisite documents as mentioned should be submitted In the Office of the Child Development Protect Officer Kot-Bhalwal near. KanaarMorh. Bhalwai by personal delivery or through registered Post during working hours against the proper receipt. The incomplete forms shall be rejected without any clarification/notice and the candidates shall have no right to claim for candidature.
Date of commencement for submission of Application Forms : 27.02.2024
Last date for submission of Application Forms : 13.03.2024
No application forms shall be accepted after the last date i.e. 13.03.2024
DOCUMENT VERFIFICATION :
The shortlisted meritorious candidates shall be required to appear before the Document Verification Committee along with all the original documents whose copies have been attached with the application form within a week after the last date of receipt of application forms.
