SKUAST Interview Notification Regarding Direct Recruitment
Interview for Faculty Positions under direct recruitment INTERVIEW NOTICE
In continuation to the Notice issued under endorsement No. AU/Adm (GAD)/Interview/Phase-III/24/159-177 dated 16.04.2024, it is notified for the information of all the eligible candidates figuring In Annexure to this Notice that interview for the faculty positions in respect of the following disciplines under direct recruitment, notified vide Notification No 06 of 2022 & 07 of 2022 dated 21.10.2022, shall be held on the date(s) as indicated hereunder against each at Vice-Chancellor’s Secretariat, Main Campus, SKUAST-K, Shalimar.
Candidates are hereby informed to report at the Venue of Interview on scheduled date/time, along with the following documents in original & self-attested xerox copies thereof:
1. Copy of Online Application Form.
2. D.O.B Certificate (Certificate/Marks Card of Class 10th).
3. 10+2 Marks Card/Diploma.
4. Bachelor’s Degree Certificate/Marks sheet(s).
5. Post-graduate Degree Certificate/Marks sheet(s).
6. Ph.D Degree Certificate/NET/SLET//SET certificate
7. Proof of Research Publications, if any
8. Reservation Category Certificate, if applicable.
9. Other documents as per prescribed qualification indicated in the advertisement.
10.Two recent Passport size photographs.
NOTE :-
• Mere figuring of the name In the list doesn’t entitle the candidate to appear in the interview, which shall be subject to the scrutiny of all testimonials of the candidates before the interview.
• Mere calling the candidates for interview will not confer any right upon the ‘candidate to be considered for selection.
• The candidate/s who fail to produce any certificate(s)/ testimonial(s) in original at the time of interview shall forfeit their candidature.
• The certificate(s)/testimonial(s) etc. acquired by the candidate after expiry of the last date of submission of Online Application form(s) shall not be entertained.
• In case any deficiency with reference to eligibility, etc. is established/proved at the time of interview or subsequently, the candidate shall not be considered for selection and will be treated as disqualified abinitio
