JKBOPEE Important Admission Notification

Pursuant to Notification No. 026-BOPEE of 2024 dated 30-05-2024, the Board is going to conduct the First Round of physical Counselling from 10-06-2024 to 12-06-2024 for admission to Bachelor of Pharmacy and Diploma of Pharmacy Course-2024 in Government / Private Colleges/Institutions of UT of J&K simultaneously at BOPEE office Jammu / Srinagar as per following schedule:-

It is hereby notified for information of all the concerned candidates that the Board shall conduct the physical round of counselling of the candidates appeared in the Common Entrance Test upto Rank 1695 in the Provisional Merit List notified vide Notification No. 026-BOPEE of 2024 dated 30-05-2024 which is available on website of the Board. The seats shall be allotted to the candidates as per S.O. 176 dated 15-03-2024 & S.O. 305 dated 31-05- 2024 issued by Social Welfare Department, UT of J&K.

All the eligible/desirous candidates are advised to report physically at BOPEE office Jammu/Srinagar on the above dates between 08:30 a.m to 10:00 a.m for attendance and registration along with the following documents in original:

i) Domicile certificate;

ii) 12th class Marks card (whose results are declared);

iii) Valid Category Certificate, if applicable,

iv) Date of Birth Certificate (Diploma/10th class Marks certificate);

All the participating candidates shall have to deposit the Counselling fee for Rs. 1000/- (Rupees one thousand only) through the POS Machines available at the BOPEE office Jammu / Srinagar through Debit /Credit Cards. Any candidate who fails to deposit the counselling fee shall not be allowed to participate in the counselling process.

Further, if any candidate is not able to participate personally in the counselling on the day / date of counselling due to unavoidable circumstances, he/she can authorize his/her close family member who falls in his/her blood relation on the devised format of the Board to participate in the counselling on behalf of the concerned candidate. The said authorized person had to submit the authorization letter along with his identity Card and Aadhar Card during the process of counselling, otherwise he/she shall not be allowed to participate in the counselling on their own risk and responsibility.

The counselling shall automatically be stopped as and when the seats get exhausted and no claim(s) from the waiting candidate(s), if any, shall be entertained by the Board.

The Seat Matrix shall be available on BOPEE website viz www.jkbopee.gov.in of the Board a day before the start of counselling process.

The Seats under B. Pharmacy Lateral Entry (L.E) shall be filled by the Board during 2nd / 3rd Round of counselling as and when decided by the Board. Since the result of candidates for Class 12th for summer and winter zones have not been yet declared by the J&K BOSE, therefore, the Provisional Selection list of the eligible candidates shall be kept on hold.

The other Terms and Conditions shall, however, remain the same as notified by the Board in various Notifications/Notices issued from time to time in this regard.
