A customized livelihood generation scheme for the youth of Jammu & Kashmir
Assistance
Be self employed with zero initial personal investment.
Un-employed youth will be facilitated to procure small commercial/passenger vehicles/e-rickshaws, on subsidized basis to establish a sustainable livelihood line in the transport sector.
A financial assistance to the tune of 100% of on road price of the vehicle:-
Applicants shall have the discretion to choose the vehicle and manufacturer of their choice.
80% as mudra loan by the J&K bank
10% special incentive by mission youth, 10% special discount by vehicle manufacturer, to be treated as margin money

Domicile certificate, date of birth proof, unemployment card, driving license, affidavit in case of hiring a driver
