Application for above referred posts shall be received within 21 days from the date of issuance of this notice. The applicant must enclose attested copies of following documents with the application form:
- Three latest passport size photographs.
- Date of Birth Certificate
- Marks Certificate of 10th and 12th
- Character Certificate issued by PolicelGazetted Officer.
- Permanent Resident Certificate.
- Reserved Category Certificate, if any, issued by the concerned competent authority.
- Treasury Receipt of Rs. 100/-
