JKBOPEE Important Notice Regarding GNM & ANM Courses-2024

Provisional Merit List/Result for admission o the GNM & ANM Courses-2024 at various Government/Private Institutions of UT of J&K , after conduct of the Common Entrance Test by the J&K BOPEE at Srinagar/Jammu on 02nd June, 2024.

The Provisional Merit List /Result of all the candidates who had appeared in the Common Entrance Test conducted by the J&K BOPEE on 02-06-2024 in pursuance to the Notification No 017-BOPEE of 2024 dated 17-04-2024 read with Notice No.009-BOPEE of 2024 dated 19-05-2024 & Notice No.011-BOPEE of 2024 dated 27-05-2024 for admission to the GNM & ANM Courses-2024 at various Govt/Pvt. Colleges/Institutions of UT of J&K/Ladakh is hereby notified as per the Annexure-A to this Notification.

The Board has not received any representation(s) against the Answer Key Common Entrance Test within the stipuated time which was uploaded on website of the Board on 02-06- 2024 & hence result was prepared accordingly.

In the cases two or more candidates have obtained the same number of marks in entrance test, the inter-se-merit of such candidates is determined by taking into account:

● Marks obtained in Chemistry component of the Entrance test.

● Marks obtained in Physics component of the Entrance test, if marks obtained in Chemistry component are equal;

● Marks obtained in Biology component of the Entrance test, if marks obtained in Physics and Chemistry components are equal;

● Candidate older in age, if marks obtained in Chemistry Physics and Biology are same.

As per provisions defined at Point No.03, Page No.10-11 of e-Information Brochure, the candidate(s), who have any objection against his/her result, if any, shall have to submit a written representation(s) along with a payment receipt of Rs.1000/ – to be paid through POS Machine at the BOPEE offices Srinagar/Jammu for the purpose of re-totaling of marks. The representation(s) in this regard shall be received within three working days from uploading of this Notification on the offical website of BOPEE (www.jkbopee.gov.in) by the Board after the declaration of result. No representation shall be entertained after the expiry of the prescribed time limit.

The candidate(s) figuring in the Annexure-A to this Notification whose Marks Card/Result was awaited or who had uploaded expired/invalid Reserved Category Certificate(s) and pending Domicile Certificate(s) at the time of submission of their Online Application Forms, were provisionally allowed to appear in the Entrance Test subject to the condition that they shall have to submit the same during or before the counseling date as and when notified by the Board or have to submit the same in the respective College(s) at the time of admission, in case he/she is selected for admission on provisional basis or as maybe decided and notified by the Board in due course of time.

Further, the candidate(s), who need correction in their particulars i.e. Name, Parentage, D.O.B, Category Certificate and Gender if any, are also advised to represent physically at the BOPEE Office Jammu/Srinagar for rectification of their errors within seven days of the issuance of the Notification.

No fresh application regarding inclusion of category, if earlier not mentioned during filling up of online application forms, shall be entertained by the Board

Note:

i) After the issuance of new S.O 176 dated 15 -03-2024, issued by Social Welfare Department, J&K Government regarding new reservation policy, the Board shall now allot seats accordingly strictly as per new S.O. 176. Hence the candidates who want to change their category as amended in new SO. 176 are advised to submit their new category certificate physically at BOPEE office Jammu/Srinagar (wherever applicable) within seven days of issuance of this Notification failing which they shall not be entitled for claiming any seat under old categories, which are not available in new S.O. 176 and no further claim(s) shall be entertained by the Board from any candidate thereof.

ii) Regarding the schedule for counseling of allotment of seats, the candidates are advised to visit the official website of Board ( www.jkbopee.gov.in ) daily.

The Annexure-A shall only remain available on the official website of the Board www.jkbopee.gov.in.
