Document Verification of additional candidate falling under consideration
zone for the post of Junior Engineer (Civil), UT Cadre, Public Works (R&B)
Department advertised vide Advertisement Notification No. 06 of 2022 under
Item No. 201- regarding
In continuation to the Notification No. JKSSB-cOEOEXAM(UT)/89/2023-03 (7314803)
dated: 10-12-2023, additional candidate, whose detail is given in Annexure “A” is hereby
called to appear in person for Document Verification before the Document Verification
Committee of the Board for the verification/scrutiny of his documents/certificates on 16
07-2024 at 11.00 AM at JKSSB, Central Office, Zamzam Complex, Rambagh,
Srinagar. If the candidate fails to appear before the respective Document Verification
Committee on the scheduled date shall forfeit his right to selection.
Further, the candidate i required to produce following original
documents/certificates in original, along-with one set of self-attested copies, before the
Document Verification Committee:
NOTIFICATION
1. Copy of Online Application Form(s).
2. Two passport si0ze recent colour photographs.
3. One original photo ID Proof i.e. Aadhar card/Voter Card/Pan Card/Passport etc.
4. D.0.B Certificate (10th Diploma/Marks card).
5. Domicile Certificate.
6. Valid Category Certificate, if any, applicable.
7. 10+2 Marks Sheet/Diploma.
8. 3 years diploma in Civil Engineering from Government recognized Institute/Indian
University degree in Civil Engineering or AMIE Section (A&B) INDIA.
9. Bonafide certificate on the format prescribed by the Board duly issued by the
Controller/Registrar of the concerned University/ Board/Institute in respect of
candidates, who have obtained the qualification from outside the UT of J&K.
10. Other documents as per prescribed qualification mentiongd in the Advertisement
Notification.
