Final Selection List of Anganwadi Helpers Majalta
Whereas, vide advertisement notification No.03 of 2023-24;Dated:-26-02-2024, 08 no of posts of Sahayikas (Anganwadi Helpers) were advertised for filling up of the vacant posts in Poshan project Majalta in pursuance of HR Policy as notified vide Govt Order No:-103 —JK(SWD) of 2023 Dated:-28-04-2023 read with Govt Order No:-222-1K(SWD) of 2022,Dated:-30-11-2022;and
Where as, 10 nos of Applications were received for the vacant posts of 8 no of Anganwadi Helpers (Sahayikas) for various Anganwadi centres in different Panchayats of Poshan Project Majalta as on last date of receipt of Application i.e. 11-03-2024; and
Where as, after receiving the application forms for the post of Sahayikas(Anganwadi Helpers),the scrutiny was conducted by the members of the selection committee as per the laid norms/Guidelines envisaged in the HR Policy issued vide Govt order No:- 222-1K(SWD) of 2022 Dated:- 30-11-2022; and
Where as, as per the laid guidelines enshrined in the HR Policy, below mentioned candidates were provisionally/tentatively considered for the post of Sahayikas(AWH) against the available vacant posts in the AWCs of the jurisdiction of Poshan Project Majalta; and
Where as, objections were invited from the general Public regarding the tentative selection list of candidate for the post of Sahayikas(AWH) vide order No:-CDPO/M/141-144/2024 Dated:-28/06/2024; and
Where as, after the lapse of the period of objections, no objection was received and therefore the final selection list of 8 no of Sahayikas in consonance with the HR Policy as notified vide Govt Order No:-103 —1K(SWD) of 2023 Dated:-28-04-2023 read with Govt Order No:-222-JK(SWD) of 2022,Dated:-30-11-2022 is hereby published as Annexure “A”
