Name of the Posts : Junior Research Assistant
Duration Initially for a period of 1year but likely to extend for the project duration subject to the satisfactory performance of JRA.
Essential Qualification :
1. B.E. /B. Tech. in ECE or relevant degree; with a minimum CGPA of 6.5 or not less than 60%.
2. M. E. / M. Tech in related field preferably who have done Major project related to Microelectronics / Device Physics, Semiconductors; with a minimum CGPA of 6.5 or not less than 60%.
OR BE/B. Tech (4-year) with valid GATE/NET score above the prescribed cut off level / NET Qualification. The candidates shall have a minimum CGPA of 8.0 or not less than 75%.
OR M.Sc. in Electronics/Physics with a minimum pass percentage of 65% or CGPA of 7.0. The candidate must have exceptionally sound knowledge of Microelectronics, Device Modeling and simulation.
Emoluments : Rs. 18,000/- Per month
