Engagement of Faculty on Academic Arrangement Basis in various disciplines of this Institution.
N O T I C E
Whereas, a tentative merit list with regard to engagement of faculty on Academic Arrangement Basis in various disciplines of this Institution has been issued inviting objections thereof if any, upto 08-07-2024 till 3:00 PM vide this office No. GDC/Estt/File-54-A/e-file-27(2022-02)/4605-16, dated:27-06-2024; uploaded in our Official website as well as published in the Daily Rising Kashmir Newspaper on 29-06-2024;
Whereas, in response, various objections regarding the eligibility/Basic Merit have been received from the various candidates;
Whereas, the objections so received has been placed before the constituted committees to examine/scrutinize each and every objection and give their report/remarks for which the meeting was convened vide this office No. GDC/Estt/File-54-A/e-file-27 (2022-02)/5017-21, dated:10-07-2024
Whereas; after scrutiny of the objection, the committees furnished the report;
Report submitted vide No: GDC/Perio/581, dated:12-07-2024 by the Committee regarding eligibility
a. Dr. Mohammad Arif Lone was declared eligible as per SRO-426, dated:26-12-2012 as well as Administrative Department (Health & Medical Education Department) letter No. ME-Gztd/88/2024, dated:20.03.2024
b. Dr. Mohammad Aslam Baidar Gull was declared as ineligible as per SRO-426, dated:26-12-2012 as well as Administrative Department (Health & Medical Education Department) letter No. ME-Gztd/88/2024, dated:20.03.2024.
c. Dr. Sakshi Bamba was declared In-eligible as per SRO-426, dated:26-12-2012. However found Eligible as per Administrative Department (Health & Medical Education Department) letter No. ME-Gztd/88/2024, dated:20.03.2024.
Report submitted vide No. Md. Supdt/GDC&H/986-89, dated;20-07-2024 by the Committee regarding Basic Merit
The candidate namely Dr. Ifzah Usman appeared before the undersigned committee member on 20.07.2024 and the basic merit has been shown to her and same stands as such clarified.
Whereas, the Eligibility Committee was directed to furnish the Cumulative report vide this office letter No. GDC/Estt/File-54-A/e-file-27(2022-02)/5159-61, dated:15-07-2024 and the same was received vide their No. GDC/Perio/606, dated:19-07-2024 wherein Dr. Sandeep Kour and Dr. Sakshi Bamba were declared eligible as per Administrative Department (Health & Medical Education Department) letter No. ME-Gztd/88/2024, dated:20.03.2024.
Whereas, this Office received letter from Administrative Department viz. Health & Medical Education Department vide No. ME-Leg/99/2024 (CC: 7467953) dated: 22-07-2024 advising therein to pend all engagements at the level of lecturer (level-09) under SO 364 of 2020.
Now, therefore, in accordance with the aforesaid report, and subsequent letter, a revised/final merit list with respect to the faculty posts except the post of Lecturer (on academic arrangement basis) is hereby issued and uploaded in the order of merit on the Official website www.gdcsrinagar.org of this Institution for information of Candidates and further necessary action.
