Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Salesman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the sales process, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for building relationships with customers. The Salesman will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services and effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
Sales Presentations: Deliver engaging and persuasive sales presentations to prospective customers.
Negotiation: Negotiate terms and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability for the company.
Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up activities to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates in the CRM system.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to achieve company goals.
Qualifications:
Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in [industry/sector].
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
