JKSSB Document Verification for Various Posts

Document Verification of candidates falling under consideration zone for various posts — regarding.

In continuation to Notification No. JKS5B-COEOEXAM(UT)/16/2024-06 (7471425) dated: 08-08-2024, the candidate whose detail is given in Annexure “A” is hereby called to appear in person for Document Verification before the Document Verification Committee of the Board for the verification/scrutiny of his documents/certificates on 12-08-2024 at 3KSSII, Central Office, Zamzam Complex, Rambagh, Srinagar.

If the candidate fails to appear before the respective Document Verification Committee on the scheduled date, it shall result in forfeiture of his right to selection.

Further, the candidate is required to produce following documents/certificates in original, along-with one set of self-attested conies before the Document Verification Committee:

1. Copy of Application Form.

2. Two passport size recent colour photographs.

3. One original photo ID Proof i.e. Aadhar card Noter card/Pan card/Passport etc.

4. D.O.B Certificate (10th Diploma/Marks card).

5. Valid Category Certificate, if belongs to received category.

6. Domicile Certificate.

7. Marks Sheet of Matric/Matric with Science.

8. Prescribed Qualification/Certificates/Diploma/Experience certificates as per Advertisement Notification.

9. Bonafide certificate on the format prescribed by the Board duly issued by the Controller/Registrar of the concerned Institute/Board in respect of candidate, who have obtained the qualification/Diploma from outside the UT of J&K.

10. Checklist sheet/form to be submitted by candidate at the time of his D.V.
