Recruitment under scheme of Swachh Bharat Mission (Grameen)

M/s. Vision India Services Private Limited (www.vispl.co.in) invites applications on behalf of Department of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj for the contractual positions under the scheme Swachh Bharat Mission (Grameen) as mentioned below.

Name of the post: General Manager/ Advisor – SBM GUT

● Eligibility: Applicants having the domicile of UT J&K can only apply. Max age limit at time of Joining : 55 years.

● Experience / Relieving certificates must include the date of issuance, working tenure, detailed information of the role and Name & Signature of the authorized person.

● Selection Criteria : Only Shortlisted candidates who fulfil the eligibility criteria will be invited for interview. Assessment will be done on a 100 Marks scale.

1. Qualification: Total 20 Marks (15 Marks for upto 60% & 20 marks for above 60% in qualifying degree course)

2. Relevant years of Experience: Total 20 Marks (Consulting Experience of infrastructure for flagship schemes like Central Government/CSS, Asian Development Bank, World Bank funded projects etc. – 10 Marks AND Additional 2 marks for each experience year added beyond 15 years up to a maximum of 20 marks)

3. Relevant Project Experience: Total 15 Marks (working in flagship programs with GoI funded infrastructure projects / externally aided projects with minimum budget value of not less than INR 200.00 Cr for each of the flagship program – 05 Marks per assignment up to maximum of 15 Marks).

4. Relevant leadership Experience: Total 10 Marks (Experience of having led (Team Head) a Swachh Bharat Mission PMC/PMU team (SBM Grameen or Urban) with project value of not less than 200.00 Cr).

5. Relevant leadership Experience: Total 05 Marks (Experience of having lead a SWM team /Sanitation scheme).

6. Interview : 30 Marks

● Terms of Contract:

3. The position will be anchored with Directorate of Rural Sanitation J&K, Jammu/Srinagar, with coordination role with Administrative Department.

● Roles and Responsibility

1. Supporting the Directorate of Rural Sanitation J&K and Districts for formulation of DPRs for Plastic Waste Management /SLWM/GWM and all related project formulation process.

2. Coordination between the Directorate of Rural Sanitation, RD & PR, with the Municipal Bodies in J&K, Urban Local Bodies Departments and other Government organizations for convergent planning of waste management, with special focus on peri-urban areas.

3. Performance evaluation of assets created under SBM-G and formulating a plan of action for operationalization of all such assets.

4. Formulation of and coordination with District for the District Level Plans under SBM.

5. All activities related to SBM-G implementation and/or as may be assigned by the Directorate of Rural Sanitation/ Administrative Department for SBM-G Implementation.
