District Social Welfare Udhampur Interview Notification for Various Posts

It is notified for the information of all concerned that the interview of short-listed applicants of District Udhampur, who have applied for various temporary posts under One Stop Centre for Women Udhampur vide Advertisement Notice No. 05 of 2024 dated: 16.07.2024 shall be conducted on 20-08-2024 at Conference Hall DC Office Udhampur from 10: OC) AM onwards. The list of shortlisted applicants is indicated at Annexure “A” for the various posts under One Stop Centre for Women Udhampur.

Any individual having any objection with regard to the claim over and above shortlisted candidates, should reach in the Office of District Social Welfare office, Barrian W.No.5 Udhampur along with documentary proof within 02 days from the date of publication of this notice in the print media. No objection after said period shall be entertained /considered.

The candidates have been shortlisted strictly according to the criteria laid in the advertisement notice no. 05 of 2024 dated 16.07.2024.

No TA/DA shall be given to the candidates for appearing in the interview.

The candidates must bring original documents at the time of interview along with their self-attested photocopies.

No further interview call letter shall be issued to any candidates whose name figure in the said list and they are require to appear before the interview committee on the schedule date and time.

Failure of the candidates to appear in the interview on the given date shall not be interviewed later and shall forfeit his right of consideration.

Any candidates found guilty of impersonating or submitting fabricated I tempered documents testimonial or making false,incorrect, or suppressive material information shall render him/her criminal prosecution under law and may be debarred permanently or for specific period for consideration of any or all recruitment made by the District Level Selection Committee. Also canvassing /lobbying in any form will entail disqualification of the candidates.

If any discrepancy found the decision of the interview committee will be the final. No objection will be accepted.

The candidates shall be report at the interview venue sharp at 10:00 AM at Conference Hall DC Office Udhampur.
