SKUAST-Kashmir Circular regarding Class-VI&VII employees for undergoing Training as (FCLA)
Whereas, a group of Class-VI&VII category employees submitted a joint application viz; Chowkidar, Orderly, Peon, Messenger. Runner, Duplicating Operator, Laboratory Attendant, Library Attendant and Gardener, Mali & Farm Attendant for undergoing Apprenticeship Training as Field-cum-Laboratory Assistant (FCLA);
Whereas, upon considering the request of Class-VI&VII employees for Apprenticeship Training at KVK/ETC, Malangpora, a combined Seniority List was prepared, based on the respective Seniority Lists, established by the Seniority Committee constituted vide University Order No:223 (Est) of 2021 dated 28.05.2021, wherein Twenty (20) inservice candidates amongst both cadres viz; OCCs Lab Attendants and Gardeners/Farm Attendants were found provisionally eligible as per seniority, suitability and satisfactory service record together with availability of quota for undergoing such training, in terms of Class-N Category-1 of Schedule-Ill to Chapter-III (Auxiliary Staff Cadre) of SKUAST Statutes;
Whereas, the said application along with combined Seniority List of both cadres was submitted to the Competent Authority for his kind perusal and consideration and subsequently Competent Authority approved the deputation of Twenty (20) inservice candidates as per availability of quota for undergoing such training; Whereas, the details/documents furnished by the applicants earlier are always subject to verification, that if at any stage any discrepancy with regard to genuineness of the details and/or documents furnished is reported. the responsibility shall squarely lie on the concerned employee(s). In that case, the University shall be free to take any action as warranted under law governing the field;
Accordingly, the preliminary list of provisionally eligible Twenty (20) inservice candidates, forming Annexure-I to this circular, is hereby placed on University Website www.skuastkashmir.ac.in for general information of all concerned and inviting of objection(s), if any, which must be supported by the valid reasons/documents within a period of seven (07) days from the date of issuance of this circular; Mere figuring of any eligible inservice candidate in the preliminary list does not entitle him/her for consideration for undergoing Apprenticeship FCLA Training.
