The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has released a Jammu and Kashmir Railway Recruitment 2024 advertisement Notification inviting online applications from eligible candidates for 145 Posts in Jammu and Kashmir. Candidates who wants to apply for graduate-level posts under the Non-technical Popular Category (NTPC) recruitment can apply online through www.rrbapply.gov.in /www.rrbjammu.nic.in from today, 14-09-2024. The last date for the submission of applications is 13-10-2024.

As per the Jammu and Kashmir Railway Recruitment 2024 Notification, this recruitment drive will fill up 145 posts of Goods Trains Manager, Station Master, Chief Commercial Cum Ticket Supervisor, Junior Accounts Assistant cum Typist, Snior Clerk Cum Typist in the RRB Jammu, Srinagar. The candidates should have a Graduation Degree. The age limit for the recruitment should be between 18 – 36 years as per posts. Candidates will be shortlisted based on their performance in CBT/ Typing / Document Verification and Medical Exams

The application fee is Rs. 500/-. However SC/ ST/ Ex-Serviceman/ PWDs/ Female/ Transgender/ Minorities/ Economically backward class is Rs. 250/-. The payment should be done online through internet banking, debit/ credit cards, or UPI.

Selection Process of Jammu and Kashmir Railway Recruitment 2024

Computer-Based Test (CBT) I: This online exam assesses your knowledge in General Awareness, Mathematics, and General Intelligence & Reasoning. Each section is worth 40 marks, totaling 100 marks for CBT 1.

Computer-Based Test (CBT) II: Candidates who qualify in CBT 1 are eligible for CBT 2, which is specific to the post applied for and tests knowledge and skills relevant to that particular position.

Typing Skill Test/Aptitude Test: This stage applies to specific posts requiring typing skills, where the typing test will assess your speed and accuracy. For other posts, an aptitude test may be conducted to evaluate problem-solving abilities and other job-specific skills.

Document Verification: Candidates who clear the above stages will be called for document verification to authenticate educational certificates, caste certificates (if applicable), and other relevant documents.

Medical Exam: Shortlisted candidates will undergo a medical examination to verify they meet the physical fitness requirements for the specific post
