Guns rattle in Kathua as firefight breaks out between security forces and terrorists
An encounter broke out this afternoon between terrorists and security forces at Nuknali Nallah, area of Bani Police Station in District Kathua, officials said.
It has been learned terrorists resorted to indiscriminate firing on a search party comprising SOG personnel and JKP officers.
He said the security forces retaliated with equal force, and the gun battle is ongoing.
