Engagement of Faculty / Staff under Civil Secretarial, Higher Education Department, J&K
Applications are invited on plain paper from eligible candidates along with full bio-data (Name, Qualification,Teaching/Work experience, Councils registration Number with validity. Current/Last employment with designation, etc.) for engagement of Principal for School of Architecture, at Government MAM College. Jammu on academic arrangement basis for a period of one year as per break up below:

The application affixed with latest passport size photograph along with self attested documents/certificate should reach the office of the Principal Government MAM College, Jammu within seven days from date of publication of this advertisement during college working hours. Retired architects with outstanding administrative / technical capabilities who fulfill eligibility conditions may also apply.
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
All engagements shall be purely on contractual basis and are non- transferable.
Initial term of contract shall be for one year which may be further extended based on performance of the candidate. The selected candidates shall submit an affidavit to the effect that he/she shall not claim for any regular appointment in the Department/Government.
If at any point of time the appointee willfully neglects or refuses to perform his/her lawful duties in prescribed manner, his/her service shall be immediately terminated without any notice.
Contractual appointment made under these rules shall not entitle the candidate to any preferential claim for regularization against normal process of selection/appointment to Government services.
Services of the appointee under these rules shall be terminable before expiry of the tenure of appointment with one month prior notice from either side or payment of one month’s salary in lieu of notice by the Appointing Authority.
