Re-advertisement For Recruitment of Anganwadi Workers/Helpers-Khour

Re-advertisement for recruitment of Sanginis (Anganwadi Workers) and Sahayikas ( Anganwadi Helpers) in Anganwadi Centres of Project Khour- ( Phase 1st and Phase 3rd).

Reference:

01. Human Resource Policy for Anganwadi workers (AWWs) and Anganwadi Helpers (AWHs) implemented vide Govt. Order No.222-JK(SWD) of 2022 dated 30-11-2022.

02. Directions issued vide Order No.103-JK (SWD) of 2023 dated 28-04-2023 of Deptt of Social Welfare, J&K.

03. Clarification issued by Administrative Department vide letter No. SWD-ICDS/43/2022 dated 14-08-2023 of the Department of Social Welfare.

04. Rectification approved vide letter no: MD/Poshan/Estt/2024/25678-82 Dated: 06-9-2024 of Mission directorate, Poshan, J&K.

Whereas applications were invited for vacant posts of Sanginis and Sahayikas in various centres of Project Khour under Phase 1st, Phase2nd and Phase 3rd

whereas in the below mentioned Anganwadi centres, the vacancies could not be filled up either due to no response to the advertisements or certain other reasons.

As such applications are re-invited in the prescribed format in Annexure”A” from the eligible candidates for engagement as Sanginis (Anganwadi Workers) and Sahayikas (Anganwadi Helpers) on Honorarium basis (as per guidelines/norms) for the below mentioned posts of Anganwadi Centres in Poshan Project Khour:

A. Posts of Sanginis (Anganwadi Workers)

1. Date of commencement for submission of application forms :- 14-10-2024.

2. Last date for submission of application forms : 27-10-2024.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

A. Criteria for Sanginis (Anganwadi Workers):

1. The candidate should be a domicile of UT of J&K.

2. Women candidates in the age group of 18-37 years, as on 01-01-2024, shall be eligible.

3. The candidate should be a resident of the Electoral Ward where Anganwadi Centre is situated. Name in the Voter List for the ward shall be considered as the proof of residence of the candidate. In case, the name of the candidate appears in the voter list along with her parents, then she must provide certificate of being un-married issued by the concerned Tehsildar. Wherever, there is any dispute as to residence for any reason, a residence proof certifying the ward of residence from the concerned SDM/ACR shall be considered.

4. Minimum qualification for Sangini (Anganwadi Worker) shall be 10+2 and maximum Graduation. In case no 10+2 pass candidate is available in the ward, 10+2 pass candidate from the adjoining ward shall be considered, subject to the approval of MD Poshan.

5. In case suitable candidate is not available for adjoining ward, candidate from the nearest ward within the Panchayat will be considered, subject to the approval of MD Poshan.

6. Weightage shall be given on the basis of marks obtained in 10+2 and selection shall be done purely on merit basis.

7. In case eligible candidate is available within the family of retiring AWWs/AWHs, the said candidate shall qualify for additional two percent points.

8. In case of tie in merit of the eligible candidates, candidate with higher age will be preferred.

9. Candidate with qualification higher than Graduation shall not be considered.

B. Criteria for Sahayikas (Anganwadi Helpers):

1. The selection of Helper shall be restricted to the Electoral Ward where Anganwadi Centre is located.

2. Women candidates in the age group of 18-37years, as on 01-01-2024,shall be eligible.

3. The candidate should be a domicile of UT of J&K.

4. Minimum qualification for Anganwadi Helper shall be matriculation.

5. In case no Matriculate candidate is available in the ward, candidates with qualification not less than VIII standard shall be considered.

6. Married candidate shall be preferred and in case no married candidate is there in the electoral ward, only then unmarried candidate shall be considered.

Documents to be attached with the application form:

01. Self attested copies of all Academic qualification certificates.

02. Self attested copy of Domicile Certificate and Date of Birth Certificate.

03. Unmarried Certificate issued by the concerned Tehsildar (in case of unmarried girls).

04. 02 passport sized recent photographs.

05. Self attested copy of Aadhar Card

06. Self attested copy of Voter ID Card.

07. Self attested copy of Ration Card.

08. Affidavit (Annexure ‘B’) in the prescribed format duly attested by Judicial Magistrate.

09. Copy of the voter list of the concerned ward.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Candidates must possess the required eligibility/qualification on or before the last date for submission of the application form.

2. Any claim regarding qualification made after the closing date of receiving application forms shall not be entertained. The last date of receipt of application forms shall be the cutoff date for determining the eligibility.

3. The selection committee at any time reserves the right to cancel/put in abeyance the advertisement notice without assigning any reason thereof.

4. The candidates, who are supposed to furnish various certificates issued by or before the prescribed cut-off date, shall be required to produce them at the time of Document verification or as may be sought by the Committee. In case of failure, the committee shall take necessary decision which shall be final.

Forms completed in all respects along with self-attested copies of qualification must reach the office of the Child Development Project Officer, Khour (Camp Khour, W. No. 2) by or before 27-10-2024, 4 pm.
