Final Merit list of Anganwadi Workers/Helpers in Bani

Whereas vide this Office Advertisement Notice No : 03 of 2024 dated 12.03.2024, applications were invited from eligible female candidates against 02 vacant posts of Sahayikas (AWHs) of Poshan Project Bani.

Whereas 06 candidates have applied against the 02 available Vacant advertised posts of Sahayikas (AWHs) in Project Bani.

Whereas the merit and other necessary particulars of all the candidates who have applied vide above referred advertisement notification have been checked / scrutinized by the committee constituted vide Govt. Order No : 103- JK ( SWD ) of 2023 dated : 28-04-2023 and Govt. order No 222-JK ( SWD ) of 2022 dated : 30-11-2022 and Social Welfare Department, J&K Letter No. SWD-ICDS/43/2022 dated: 14.08.2023.

Whereas the Provisional/ Tentative merit list and provisional /Tentative Select List as per Annexure- A and Annexure- B respectively to this notification was placed in public domain for seeking objections (if any) and was published in Newspaper Daily Excelsior dated 14.08.2024 through District Information Officer vide Office letter No: CDPO/B/2024-25/255-66 dated 10-08-2024 besides on website of DC Office Kathua/Sub-Divisional Administration/Tehsil/Block/Panchayat Buildings/Anganwadi Centre Buildings etc for seeking objections from candidates/general public on the tentative list within 10 days.

Whereas, after the expiry of 10 days from the date of publication of this notification No. 05 of 2024 dated 08-08-2024 in Daily Excelsior dated 14.08.2024, no objection was received from any candidate/stake holder/general public.

Therefore in view of the above and as per the procedure laid in the above referred Govt. Orders , the Final Merit List and Final Select List as Annexure-A and Annexure-B respectively to this notification are hereby published for the information of General Public and all concerned.

Grievance(s)/Objection(s) (if any),the appeal in this regard shall lie before Deputy Commissioner Kathua within ten days from the date of publication of this notification/list. No grievance(s)/Objection(s) of any kind shall be entertained after ten days from the date of publication of this notification/list.
