JKSSB Photographer Syllabus
The Jammu & Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) has issued a notification regarding Photographer (Culture Department) post from the Combined Graduate Level Examination conducted on 02.06.2024. This exclusion was made due to the unique syllabus requirements for the post, necessitating a separate OMR-based examination. The revised exam date for this post will be announced later.

Basic Photography – 15 marks: Types of cameras, camera lenses, and focusing techniques.

Basic Photo Tech – 15 marks: Introduction to digital imaging and camera operations.
Digital Photography Tech – 15 marks: ISO settings, noise problems, and manual settings.
Advertising Photography – 7 marks: Evolution of advertising and its use in media.
Product Photography Tech – 8 marks: Shooting products, lighting schemes.
Portrait Photography – 15 marks: Lighting techniques, facial portraits, and glamour photography.
