Re-Advertisement or the left over Seats of GNM in Govt. Nursing College, Kathua
NOTIFICATION
In continuation to this office Advertisement Notice No.:- GMCK/Admin-1/2024-25/UG/751-58 dated 11.10.2024. In pursuance to the J&K Para-Medical Council, Govt. Medical College, Jammu Notification No.:- JKPMC-24/157/863-870 dated 07.10.2024, the applications through online mode i.e Google Form Link (available on www.gmckathua.in) from the interested candidates for the Course of General Nursing & Midwifery or Left over OS Number of Seats (three Seats out of 05 Nos. are reserved for Lateral Entry) in the Govt. Nursing College, Kathua are hereby invited upto 16.11.2024_ along with Application fee of Rs. 500/- to be paid online (under S. Account No.:- 1230010200000034, IFSC:- JAKA0OLDBUS and Account Name:- Principal, Nursing College, Kathua), and to be uploaded in above mentioned Google Form Link along with Fee Receipt and documents as mentioned below, possessing the following
Eligibility for Admission as per J&K Board of Professional Entrance Examinations as per its Brochure-2024.
Name of Course :- General Nursing & Midwifey
A candidate must :-
► be a domicile of UT of J &K;
► be 17 years old and not more than 35 years old a on 31.12.2024;
► have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination from recognized Board with Science/Arts and English
securing minimum aggregate 40% marks for open Merit Candidates and 35% marks or Reserved Category Candidates;
► have passed 10+2 with English having 40% marks in Vocational stream Health Care Science from a recognized CBSE Board / Centre;
► however, for the lateral entry to GNM Course, candidates having Diploma in FMPHW/MMPHW/ANM Course with 40% Marks and registered with J&K Paramedical Nursing Council be eligible for GNM Course and be medically fit;
