SKUAST-Kashmir Walk-in-interview for Various Posts
Walk-in-interview for engagement as Contractual/Guest Lecturers on need based academic arrangement for Autumn Semester 2024 in respect of disciplines as indicated hereunder shall be held in the Office of Registrar, SKUAST-K, Shalimar on the date ft time as indicated against each :
Faculty :
Veterinary Science & Animal Husbandry
Faculty of Fisheries
Discipline
Veterinary Anatomy & Histology
Veterinary Physiology
Biotechnology
Fishery Economics
Minimum Desirable Skills & Experience :
1. Knowledge : Should posses adequate knowledge of basic theoretical and applied aspects of the discipline as evidenced by outstanding academic performance indicators.
2. Communication : Should be an effective communicator for instructional responsibilities of academic courses as evidenced by teaching and extracurricular assignments
3. Teaching : Should be well versed with the NEP-2020 and its application to Agricultural Education. Should have outstanding skills of student engagement and mentoring towards building a competent human resource pool. Trained in modern teaching pedagogies and content development.
4. Scholarly output : Should possess strong science communication skills evidenced by high impact publications in reputed scientific journals, higher h and i-10 index.
General Terms ft Conditions :
• The engagement shall be purely temporary on academic arrangement basis till the culmination of the current Semester or till the post is filled up on regular basis, whichever is earlier
• The applicant is required to deposit Rs. 500/- in the shape of Bank draft pledged to Comptroller SKUAST-K and payable at JEW Bank, SKUAST-K, Shalimar
• No TA/DA will be paid for attending the Walk-in-Interview
• Candidates are advised to visit University official website www.skuastkashmir.ac.in regularly for any update in their own interest.
• Candidates are advised to report at the Venue of the interview at least one hour before on the date of the Interview for submission of application/document verification.
