JKSSB Filling of Reserved Posts – Check Details

Final Selection List of the candidates for the post of Election Assistant (Junior Scale), Election Department, UT Cadre, Item No. 099, advertised vide Notification No. 04 of 2020 Dated. 16.12.2020 – Filling of reserve post thereof.

Kindly refer to this office letter No. JKSSB-Scry/16/2023-03(E-7298728) dated: 14.11.2023, where-under the Selection List of candidates for the post of Election Assistant (Junior Scale), Election Department, advertised vide Advertisement Notification No. 04 of 2020 Dated. 16.12.2020, under Item No. 099, was forwarded to your department for further course of action.

Among the selectees, one post under RBA category at Serial No. 10 has been kept reserved for want of certain clarification in respect of Ms. Danishta Akhtar D/o. Abdul Rashid Khan.

Now, the clarification has been sought from the concerned Dy. Commissioner and the case has been placed in the 284th Board Meeting and the Board has decided to fill the reserved post in favour of Ms. Danishta Akhtar D/o. Abdul Rashid Khan figuring at Serial No. 10 under RBA catgegory for the post of Election Assistant (Junior Scale), Election Department, advertised vide Advertisement Notification No. 04 of 2020 Dated. 16.12.2020, under Item No. 099.

Accordingly, the undersigned is directed to convey the above decision of the Board, with the request to proceed ahead in the matter accordingly. The other terms and conditions, as conveyed vide letter No. JKSSB-Scry/ 16/2023-03(E-7298728)

The above shall be subject to the outcome of writ petition(s)/0A(s), if any, pending disposal before any competent Court of jurisdiction. This shall also be subject to the outcome of any inquiry, involving candidate(s) figuring in this Selection List.

The document verification/scrutiny conducted by the Board is limited to the extent of establishing physical possession of Category/Degree certificates and ascertaining genuineness/validity or otherwise of the same and recognition status of the Institution, shall be the responsibility of the Indenting

Moreover, in terms of Government Order No.1003-JK(GAD) of 2021 dated 27.09.2021, the above candidate whose case was reserved and now has been filled/released by the Selection Agency, shall submit her Personal Verification Roll (PVR) before the appointing authority within a period of 21 days from its release, failing which the candidate(s) shall forego her right to appointment forthwith.
