MP Er Rashid’s interim bail hearing deferred again
The interim bail hearing of incarcerated MP and AIP President Er Rashid, scheduled for today, was deferred once more as the Hon’ble Judge remained on leave.
Chief Spokesperson of AIP, Inam Un Nabi, a close confidant of Er Rashid, confirmed that the hearing has been rescheduled for tomorrow, December 13, 2024. He expressed concern over the repeated delays but remains hopeful for justice.
“AIP is steadfast in its support for Er Rashid and will continue to fight for his rights. We urge all his supporters to keep him in their thoughts and prayers as we await tomorrow’s proceedings,” Inam Un Nabi stated.
