Advertisement Notice No. 05 of 2024 Dated: 14-12-2024

Application on prescribed Proforma (Annexure-B) are invited for eligible female candidates for Recruitment of Sanginis (Anganwadi Workers) & Sahayikas (Anganwadi Helpers) in Anganwadi Centres on Honorarium basis for the Anganwadi Centers. mentioned below in respect of Poshan project Thathri as per Annexure-A.

(Anganwadi Workers):

Eligibility Criteria: As per Govt. order No. 222 -JK (SWD) of 2022 Dated 30-11-2022 for Recruitment of Sanginis (Anganwadi Workers) and Govt. order No. 103-JK (SWD) of 2023 Dated 28.04.2023.

Criteria for Selection of Sanginis (Anganwadi Workers):

a. Women candidate in the age group of 18-37 years as on 01-01-2024 shall be considered for the post.

b. Candidate should be a domicile of UT of J&K.

c. The candidate should be a resident of the electoral ward where AWC is situated. Name in the voter list for the ward shall be considered as the proof of resident of the candidate. In case the name of the candidate appears in voter list along with her parent’s then she must provide certificate of being unmarried issued by the concerned Tehsildar. Wherever, there is any dispute as to residence for any reason, then a resident proof certifying the ward of residence from the concerned SDM/ACR shall be considered.

d. Minimum qualification for Anganwadi worker shall be 10+2 and maximum graduation. In case no 10+2 pass candidate is available in the ward, 10+2 pass candidate from the adjoining ward shall be considered which would require prior approval of Mission Director, Mission Poshan.

e. In case suitable candidate is not available from adjoining ward, candidate from the nearest ward within the Panchayat can be considered subject to the approval of the Mission Director, Mission Poshan.

f. Weightage shall be given on the basis of marks obtained in 10+2 and selection shall be done purely on merit basis and no other criteria to be considered.

g. In case eligible candidate is available within the family of retiring AWW/AWH the said candidates shall qualify for additional two percent points.

h. In case of tie in merit of the eligible candidate, candidate with higher age, will be preferred.

i. Candidates with qualification higher than graduation shall not be considered.

Documents Required:

i) Academic Qualification certificate with marks Sheet. (12th & Graduation)

ii) Date of Birth certificate (Matric Diploma/Marks Card)

iii) Domicile Certificate

iv) Latest Certified copy of Panchayat/Ward Voter list as a proof of residence of candidate

v) Un-married Certificate from Concerned Tehsildar. (in case of un-married)

vi) Relieving order copy of Sanginis (AWW) or Sahayikas (AWH) in case of candidate is from the family of retiring of AWW/AWH.

vii) Affidavit duly attested by the Ld. Judicial Magistrate to the effect that:

a) She is possessing the minimum qualification of 10+2 and maximum graduation and she is not possessing the higher qualification than that is prescribe for the post.

b) If at any stage of the selection or later on, it has been found that she is possessing the higher qualification than that is prescribed for the post her candidature shall be cancelled ab-initio without any further notice and she shall have no objection, if her name for the Sangini (AWW) Post will be rejected.

(Anganwadi Helpers) :

Eligibility Criteria :

As per Govt. order No. 222 -JK (SWD) of 2022 Dated 30-11-2022 for Recruitment of Sahayikas (Anganwadi Helpers). and Govt. order No. 103-JK (SWD) of 2023 Dated 28.04.2023. SMD/ICDS/Recruitment/2022-23/21349-72, Dated: 14.07.2023 and MDP/Estt/M-27/2023/25398-25539, Dated:17.08.2023.

Criteria for Selection of Sahayikas (Anganwadi Helpers):

a. The selection of Sahayakis (AWH) shall be restricted to the electoral ward where Anganwadi Centre is

located.

b. Women candidate in the age group of 18-37 years as of 01-01-2024 shall be considered for the post.

c. Candidate should be a domicile of UT of J&K.

d. Minimum qualification for Sahayakis (AWH) shall be Matriculation.

e. In case no matriculate candidate is available in the ward, candidates with qualification not less than VIII

standard shall be considered.

f. A Selection Committee Comprising of Child Development Project Officer (CDPO), Block Development Officer (BDO), and Zonal Education Officer (ZEO), concerned in each Project/Block shall have the mandate to make selections of the eligible candidates for the position of Sahayakis (AWH).

g. The committee shall select the married woman of the ward as helper. In case no married candidate is available. Unmarried candidate may be considered.

h. Weightage shall be given on the basis of marks obtained in 10th and selection shall be done purely on merit basis and no other criteria to be considered.

The application proforma given in Annexure-B of this notice for Recruitment of Sanginis (Anganwadi Workers) & Sahayikas (Anganwadi Helpers) for Anganwadi centers as per Annexure-A of this notice complete in all respects along with self-attested copies of the following documents should be sent to the office of the Undersigned be registered post or by personal delivery against proper receipt. The incomplete forms Shall be rejected without any notice and the candidate shall have no right to claim for candidature.

Note:

01. Date of commencement for submission of application: 16.12.2024

02. Last Date for submission of application: 29.12.2024

03. No Application form will be entertained after the expiry of the last date
