Government Medical College – GMC Selection List for Class-IV Posts, J&K

Whereas, Govt. Medical College Srinagar advertised 107 posts of sweepers vide advertisement Notice No 1 Dated 19-10-2016.
Whereas, 1580 application forms were received during the stipulated period by hand as well as by post. Whereas, the eligible candidates were called for interview/ physical appearance test vide notification No: AH/Est-I11/2967-72 dated 14-08-2017.
Whereas, the interview/ physical appearance test of eligible candidates was conducted with effect from 24-08-2017 to 14-09-2017.
Whereas, after scrutiny of certificates of the candidates belonging to Scheduled Tribe it was decided by the committee the selection list will be declared after getting clarification from the revenue authorities.
Whereas, after conducting the interview/physical appearance test the merit list of the candidates for the post of sweeper has been prepared along with selection list and waiting list which is available on official website of Govt. Medical College Srinagar i.e (www.gmcs.edu.in) for information of all concerned candidates.
Now on the basis of eligibility and performance in the physical appearance test/interview, the candidates annexed in Annexure – (A) are selected. The selected candidates are directed to report office of the undersigned within a period of 21 days from the date of publication of selection list along with following documents in original.
- Date of Birth certificate.
- State Subject.
- Qualification Certificate (8′h pass).
- Sweeper/Safiawalla Category Certificate.
- Reserved category certificate if any.
- No Loan certificate.
Undertaking to the effect that in case if any of the above document/certificate is found to be forged/fraud/tampered, his/her appointment shall stand cancelled ab-intio.
