Pay Scale: Level 14 of Pay Matrix ₹144200-218200/- (Pre- revised:PB4, ₹37,400-67,000 with GP of ₹10,000/-) and other
benefits as admissible from time to time.

Qualifications:
a) Master’s degree with at least 55% marks or an equivalent grade of “B” in the UGC 7-point scales.
b) At least 15 years of experience as Assistant Professor in level 11 of Pay Matric ₹68900-117200/- (Prevised; PB-3, AGP ₹7000/-) and above or with 8 years of service in level 12 of Pay Matric ₹101500-167400/- (Prevised: PB-3, AGP ₹8000/-) and above including as Associate Professor along with experience in educational administration.
OR
Comparable experience in Research Establishments and/or other Institutions of Higher Education.
OR
15 years of administrative experience of which 8 years shall be as Deputy Registrar in level 12 of Pay Matrix ₹78800-209200/- (Pre-revised: PB-3, GP ₹7600/-) or an equivalent post.
Tenure: The post is tenured for a period of 05 years or upto the age of superannuation of 60 years, whichever is earlier;
AGE: Not more than 57 years as on 1st of January 2025
