The project involves scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, and potential upgrades to modern lighting technologies, such as LED systems and smart lighting controls.

**Job Description:**

We are seeking a skilled and reliable **Electrician** to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in residential, commercial, or industrial settings.

**Key Responsibilities:**

– Install and maintain electrical systems and equipment, including wiring, circuit breakers, outlets, and lighting.
– Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform necessary repairs.
– Ensure compliance with all local electrical codes and safety regulations.
– Perform routine inspections and maintenance of electrical systems to ensure optimal performance.
– Provide accurate and timely reports on completed work and materials used.
– Collaborate with other team members and contractors on larger projects.
– Keep work area clean and organized while adhering to safety protocols.

**Qualifications:**

– Proven experience as an electrician (residential, commercial, or industrial).
– Valid electrician license or certification (required, if applicable).
– Strong understanding of electrical systems, wiring, and safety protocols.
– Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
– Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
– Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
– Good communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
– Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment as needed.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

– Experience with energy-efficient electrical systems and smart home technologies.
– Familiarity with electrical inspection and testing tools.
