Engagement/ Hiring of Helper/AAYA under ECCE for the year 2024-25 (Norms to be followed thereof.)

ADVERTISEMENT NOTICE
In reference to above mentioned orders, this office is inviting application forms at village (rural) level from eligible candidates of village Pell for engagement of AAYA/Helper under ECCE for the year 2024-25 as per the below mentioned guidelines:
A. NATURE OF DEPLOYMENT : The deployment of Helper/AAVA shall be purely terminus and shall start from the date; they are engaged/hired and shall conclude with the end of academic session. It may be extendable, subject to the performance and the approval of funds, from the Ministry of Education, Government of India, in the particular component. Affidavit from first class Magistrate shall be taken from the candidate at the time of joining for not claiming for permanent absorption at any stage.
B. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA OF HELPER/AAYA :
■ Only female candidates can apply.
■ The candidate must be domicile of the village where approved school is located.
■ The candidate must be belonging to BPL (Below Poverty Line) category. The candidate must be physically / mentally fit to carry-out her job.
■ Minimum qualification for this jobs is 8″‘ class (Middle) passed, in case there is no eligible candidate available in village, the candidate with lesser qualification shall be considered.
■ Preference shall be given to the candidate from BPL category in the below mentioned order of Priority :
a. Widow
b. Divorced
c. Orphan
d. BPL Category and older in age.
The age of the candidate must be between 18-45 as on 1st of January 2025
C. Honorarium :
Honorarium of Rs. 5000/ (Rupees Five Thousand only) per month, which may vary as per the approval in the subsequent year in PAB of Samagra Shiksha.
D .FINALIZATION OF SELECTION PROCESS :
In case of tie-up of the selection of candidates for Helper, the preference shall be given to the elder candidate (i.e. candidate with more age shall be considered).
The candidates need to submit the photocopy of documents along with Application form mentioned below :-
1. Domicile Certificate.
2. Qualification certificate/Marks card of (E-Ticket) Pass.
3. Widow / Divorce / Orphan Certificate issued by competent authority_
4. Non – Remarriage Certificate in case of Widow/Divorce.
5. Below Poverty line (BPL) Ration Card (E-Ticket) duly attested by TSO.
6. Aadhar Card
7. Date of birth certificate
8. Mentally/physically fitness certificate from the medical officer.
The application starts w.e.f 22-02-2025 duly completed in all respect shall be submitted in the office of under-signed by or before 01-03-2025.
