NOTICE INVITING APPLICATIONS FOR ENGAGEMENT AS FULL TIME LEGAL AND LAWYERS IN LEGAL AID DEFENSE COUNSEL OFFICE IN DISTRICT KATHUA
In pursuance to the J&K LSA Notification No:- LSA/LS/96/2022/593-616 Dated:- 21-02-2025
Applications are invited from eligible lawyers having requisite qualification for contractual full time engagement for the posts of Chief Legal Aid Defense Counsels, as per scheme provided below in District Kathua proposed herein. The Lawyers so engaged therein will not be allowed to take any other private cases or any other retainership.
The LADC guidelines, the Scheme of Engagement of LADCs, and the application form can be downloaded from the official website of the J&K Legal Service Authority at (http://jksla.gov.in) and are also be available at the notice boards of the Office of the Principal District and Sessions Judge. ADR Centre and of Bar Association Kathua. The duly filled applications forms along with self-attested copies of documents may be submitted to Office of DLSA Kathua, wherein the candidates desires to apply through speed post or in an envelope personally in the office of the Secretary, DLSA Kathua, applications should reach by any mode to the office on or before 7th March, 2025 by 04.00 pm. Any application received after due date shall not be considered.
