Appointment of Librarians in JK High Court

Appointment of Librarian Level-6 and Librarian Level-4 in the High Court of J&K and Ladakh pursuant to Advertisement Notice
No. 02 of 2024/HR/RG dated 09-05-2024 read with Corrigendum dated 29-07-2024

Whereas, pursuant to Advertisement Notification No. 02 of 2024/RR/RG dated _09-05-2024 and subsequent Corrigendum issued thereto on 29-07-2024, select list/appointment orders along with waiting list of the candidates for the post of Librarian Level-6 (35400-112400) and Librarian Level-4 (25500-81100) in the High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh was issued vide Order No. 290 of 2.025/RG/NG-444(1) dated 01-03-2025 read with Notification No. 647of 2025/HG/NG-444(1) dated 01-03-2025.

Whereas, after the issuance of the select list in Librarian Level-6 (35400- 112400,· o11e candidate namely Shri Ashwani Kumar belonging to SC category, figuring at serial No. 2 of the select list of Librarian Level-6 submited an · application dated 01-03-2025, ·stating therein that he is not willing to join against the post of Librarian Level-6 in the High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh as he has been appointed as Chief Librarian vide High Court Order No. 259. of 2025/RG/NG-444(1) dated 21-02-2025 and has already joined as such.

Whereas, on account of non-joining of the aforementioned candidate, the next candidate figuring in the waiting list namely Ms. Disha Arti D/0 Shri Pritam Chand R/o Badheri, Tehsil Samba, District Samba belonging to (SC) category is falling in the consideration zone against the resultant vacancy

Whereas, after the issuance of the select list of Librarian Level-4 (25500-81100), candidate namely Ms. Disha Arti, belonging to SC category, figuring at serial No. 2 _of the select list of Librarian Level-4, submitted an application dated 19-03-2025, stating therein that she is not willing to join against the post of Librarian Level-4 in the High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh as she is falling in the waiting list of Librarian Level-6 and has shown willingness to join against the post of Librarian Level-6 (35400-112400).

Whereas, on account of non-joining of the aforementioned candidate, the next candidate figuring in the waiting list namely Ms. Sapna Devi D/0 Shri Copal Chand R/o Ward No. 3, Indira Colony, District Kathua under (SC) category is falling in the consideration zone against the resultant vacancy.
