Deputation of Senior Assistants/Junior Assistants for undergoing J&K Secretariat Assistants Training Course.
The undersigned is directed to invite the kind attention of all Administrative Secretaries towards the captioned subject and request them to kindly furnish the details of Senior Assistants and Junior Assistants under their administrative control, for their deputation to undergo J&K Secretariat Assistants Training Course.
In case no requisition in this regard is received from the concerned department/office within a week’s time, it shall be presumed that there are no Senior/Junior Assistants required to be deputed for said training. The information may be furnished in the below devised format:-

Deputation of Senior Assistants and Junior Assistants for undergoing the J&K Secretariat Assistants Training Course at J&K IMPARD. Government Order No.484-JK(GAD) of 2025 Dated:18.04.2025
It is hereby ordered that the Departments/Offices as per Annexure to this Government Order shall depute Senior Assistants/Junior Assistants as per the number indicated against each for undergoing the J&K Secretariat Assistants Training Course (SATC) at the J&K Institute of Management, Public Administration and Rural Development, Srinagar/Jammu for a period of two months w.e.f. 21.04.2025 to 19.06.2025.
All the concerned Heads of Departments are impressed upon to relieve the officials strictly in accordance with the seniority against the allocated slots. The Officials shall ensure their presence during the training period and shall report to IMPARD at 10.00 A.M on 21.04.2025 FN).
The salary in respect of the trainees shall continue to be drawn from their respective Departments/Offices, on production of Attendance Certificate from the J&K IMPARD, Srinagar/Jammu. By order of the Government of Jammu and Kashmir.
